I have been desperately searching for the hemstitch linens that I know from my childhood; however, I was unable to find them. I kept finding items with uneven corners that simply don't measure up. These are quality. The corners are squared and stay that way. They are beautifully crafted and they come in the variety of colors that I need. I was also pleased to discover they are not thin. I can't see through them like other, lesser brands. Spend a little more, you will be happy you did! Buy with confidence.
