Exchanges

  • Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may exchange an item for a different size, color, or style.

  • The item must be in its original condition with all tags and labels attached.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The original shipping cost will be $20 or the actual shipping amount, whichever is higher, and this applies to Free Shipping products as well.

  • Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.


Returns

  • Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may return an item for a full refund.

  • The item must be in its original condition with all tags and labels attached.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The original shipping cost will be $20 or the actual shipping amount, whichever is higher, and this applies to Free Shipping products as well.

  • Return shipping costs will be your responsibility, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. In these cases, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

 

Free Shipping

  • Free Shipping applies only at the time of purchase. If you choose to return any item, the original shipping cost that we incurred to fulfill your order will be deducted from your refund.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The original shipping cost will be $20 or the actual shipping amount, whichever is higher, and this applies to Free Shipping products as well.

  • This policy is necessary as we absorb the shipping cost for eligible orders, but in case of returns, this cost becomes a part of the refund process.

  • Return shipping costs will be your responsibility, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. In these cases, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

 

Capsule Wardrobe

  • Capsule Wardrobe items are final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for capsule wardrobe products. Please carefully review your order details before submitting.


Customized Items

  • Customized items are final sale. Due to their personalized nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customized products. Please carefully review your order details before submitting.

 

Clearance Sale

  • No return or exchange for Clearance Sale items.

 

Fabric By The Yard

  • No return or exchange for fabric bought by the yard.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at care@dmoksha.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and process a refund or replacement.


Sale Items

  • Sale items are typically final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • Exceptions may be made for damaged or defective items.


Refunds

  1. Contact our customer service team at care@dmoksha.com to initiate a return or exchange.

  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for packing and shipping the item.

  3. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

  4. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will include the item subtotal only and will not cover the standard shipping fees paid by the customer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
