Our company is based in India, so your information is handled there as well as in other countries (see section 11). This policy covers www.dmoksha.com only. It does not cover other websites or social media platforms we link to, so please read their policies separately.

• Virtual curtain consultation details: What you tell our designers, such as your requirements, window sizes and style preferences, and the details of your made-to-measure order.

• Email sign-up details: The email address you give when you join our "Become an Insider" list.

• Reviews, messages and testimonials: Reviews you post, messages you send us through our contact page, email or WhatsApp, and any testimonial you choose to give.

Information collected automatically:

• IP address, browser type and version, and operating system.

• Referring website, pages visited, and the date and time of your visits.

• Your approximate location (country), used to suggest the right regional website.

• Website usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).

3. How we use your information

We use your personal information to:

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes it was collected for, provide our products and services, keep business records, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it, subject to applicable legal requirements.

MokshaMultiverse Private Limited is based in India.
