Wonderful seller, went the extra mile and reached out to me without needing to.. very personalized, like shopping at your local store- the type of business you are happy to see your money go to. As far as the placemat, it was clearly a better quality than the several I'd gotten to try. Four stars indicates not knowing how they wash / stain etc
